function room hire rules

£50 deposit is due to be paid at the time of your booking to reserve your date.
Birthday parties for children and (18+ £100 deposit) only.
£25 will be deducted from your deposit for cancellations made the week leading to your event.
£25 will be deducted from your deposit if the room is not left clear of rubbish.
Nothing should be stuck to any of the walls with anything other than blue tack.
We reserve the right to I.D. anyone we believe to be under the age of 18.
We reserve the right to refuse to serve anyone.
It is the hirers responsibility to check providers of equipment, bouncy castles, disco and floor equipment etc fit within the hall and liability insurance is provided/valid.
We will not tolerate any abuse to any members of staff.
Last orders 11.30pm, music off by 11.45pm and all guests to leave by midnight.
We are in a residential area, please be mindful of this when you are leaving the club.
